Paul concentrates his practice in employment law, litigation, and municipal law. Paul serves as the solicitor for Upper Darby Township, the Delaware County Regional Water Control Authority, and the Delaware County Authority.
Additionally, Paul serves as the labor solicitor for Delaware County, PA. From 2001-2002, Paul was appointed the Commissioner of the Upper Darby Civil Service Commission.
