Professional Experience
Kelly Sullivan is a Partner with McNichol, Byrne & Matlawski where she concentrates her law practice on civil litigation, labor and employment law as well as municipal law. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kelly is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association. She served two three year terms as a hearing committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Kelly graduated Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997. After earning her degree, she worked in the financial services industry prior to earning her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Villanova Law School in 2001. While attending law school, Kelly was an active member of the Public Interest Fellowship Program and worked diligently to raise money to fund law students summer work in various public interest and pro bono areas.
Throughout law school, Kelly worked in the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. Following graduation from law school, she joined the District Attorney's Office and honed her trial skills as an Assistant District Attorney. Kelly entered civil practice in September 2004 and since that time has provided various government, corporate and private clients with experience and dedicated representation.
